About the Owner

Paul Fernandez was born and raised in Colorado. Growing up he loved watching professional sports, especially the Broncos, and the Nuggets. He resides in Thornton, Colorado with his wife, while their daughter attends Colorado State University. Paul enjoys hiking, gathering with family, traveling, coaching high school basketball and is still a huge sports fan.

After successfully launching and operating an installation company, transitioned into current role as an accomplished and driven sales and project management professional with over 15 years of experience within the multi-family, residential, and commercial real estate industry. Responsible for managing construction projects and selling to high-end clients and property management groups. Competitive and strategic sales leader with exemplary negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Successful planning, directing and coordinating projects at 50 + properties to customer’s satisfaction resulting in increased revenue, client satisfaction, and referrals.
